Description: Introduction to engineering practices and principles, including problem identification and solution approaches, conceptualization, design, analysis, modeling, simulation, experimentation, prototyping, production, engineering ethics, the human-society interface, the reciprocal sociocultural influences between engineering and societies, and information fluency are explored through discussion, activities, interactive lectures, reflections, written assignments, and team projects.
